About Walk By Faith Dog Training, LLC

Walk By Faith Dog Training is owned and operated by Kelly Corl, who has a rich history and deep passion for dog training. With 10 years of experience teaching AKC S.T.A.R. puppy classes and as a certified CGC evaluator through AKC, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to every training session. She is also a dedicated member of Canines for Christ international therapy dog ministry and the founding member of the local chapter, Keystone Canines for Christ, also serving as a Chaplain for C4C. Kelly's journey with dogs, particularly Australian Shepherds and Labradors, has shaped her understanding and approach to dog training.

Kelly enjoys competing and participating in all types of dog sports from AKC and ASCA agility, barn hunts, rally, obedience, dock diving, trick dog training, canine conditioning and even sheep herding. Since 2014, Kelly and the four dogs she has owned over the years: Kaylee, Roscoe P, Hannah and Victory have earned over 60 American Kennel Club, Australian Shepherd Club of America, and Do More With Your Dog titles. 

Her Aussie, Hannah, earned her Elite Performer trick title – the highest trick dog title awarded by AKC and was recognized as an outstanding performance in the 2019 AKC Inaugural National Trick Dog Competition. Her Labrador, Roscoe was a 2020 Rally National qualifier. Kelly’s youngest Labrador, Victory, earned 17 AKC titles in 5 different venues before the age of 4 years. Victory is her Canines for Christ therapy dog ministry partner. Kelly and Victory are also part of the Canine Ambassador program thru AKC.

Kelly believes that a good instructor is always learning. Kelly has completed multiple courses regarding dog training topics from trainers around the world (United Kingdom and Germany) to include Breed Specific Puppy Raising, Calm Down Strategies, Ultimate Puppy and Out and About courses from Spirit Dog Training, and Sexier Than a Squirrel, 21 Days to Stress Free Walks, Boundary Games, Pro Dog Trainer Challenge and Dog Reactivity with Dr Tom Mitchell.

Kelly is currently completing classes to become a Certified Canine Enrichment Technician.
